Processing & Delivery Time

Order Cut-off Time: 7:00PM AEST (Melbourne, Australia)

Fulfilment Days: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday–Friday only

Handling Time: Minimum 1 day, Maximum 2 days (Monday–Friday)

Transit Time: Minimum 3 days, Maximum 7 days (Monday–Friday)

Total Delivery Time: Most Australian orders arrive within 4–9 working days from order confirmation

📦 Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

⚠️ During peak periods (holidays, sales events, promotions), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

Address Modification

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at help@ronkane.com as soon as possible before your order has shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
